Evaluations are generally conducted online via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. For local clients, in-person evaluations at attorney offices in the Iowa City/Cedar Rapids area may also be available by arrangement. Each evaluation involves a clinical interview where I gather information about your background, experiences, and current psychological functioning. Evaluations are available in English and Spanish.

Following the interview(s), I prepare a comprehensive, objective written report that documents your psychological history, current symptoms, diagnosis (when applicable), and the connection between your experiences and your immigration case. My reports are independent and unbiased — I present findings based on clinical evidence and standardized assessment, not on the outcome of any legal proceeding. Reports are prepared with attention to the clinical information relevant to the immigration matter and designed to clearly communicate evaluation findings to attorneys and immigration decision-makers. Report delivered 7-10 business days after the evaluation is completed and necessary records are received.
